My Journey So Far....

Sitting at my office on a friday afternoon, I am wondering about the roller coster ride I had in my life and the place where destiny brought me.During childhood the African Continent was a nightmare for me.A lot of stories (not so good) about this place and the typical pictures that comes to ones mind when they think about Africa. So, in short, I live in South Africa now. And before talking about my present state of life lets have a quick flashback.
I was born on a wednesday night, to be specific at 11:35pm (year not to be mentioned).I was very sweet when I was small and ofcourse I am still.Like most of other children, I too had a pleasant childhood. But to be mentioned, I was very silent till I passed my School. After that I moved to Bangalore for graduation. That was a breakthrough in my life.Bangalore changed me a lot. It made me bold and more confident.May be that why I still longing to get back to Bangalore.Bangalore holds a special place in my heart. The city had given me a lot of experience, both personal and professional.
After my graduation I joined a top MNC and worked there for 3 long years. The dream of taking up a profession of BA took birth during those periods. So I decided to go for MBA.And I landed up at a very beautiful college situated at a hill station. The stay of 2 years there was just heaven. Not to mention, we did every other thing than studying. But I think in MBA noone studies. MBA itself is an experience.
During my intership time, accidently I landed up at my present company.I was actually waiting for another company's response but something went wrong and I landed up here. But I consider it as a blessing.During my intership I decided that this is where I want to be after my MBA.Because I could see my dream profile there every where.
So, by Gods grace, I got recruited to the same company. And with in 4 months of joining the company, I was sent to onsite to a beautiful city called as Johannesburg..That was about the flashback.
Now I am here in South Africa. When I talk about my present, its too much of fun.A new country, new faces, new culture and every thing here is an experience. Gradually I realised that Africa is not what people think about. Within Africa there are places which are like any other developed country.Every other african country is not hit by poverty, there is not much crime as people talk about. Here people are so caring and helpful. This is a nice place to live in.
So thats about my journey so far......
Stay tuned and I will be posting soon again...Have a great weekend readers.. Cheers
